I know that you are expecting the super mega tip here but I will share you the most simple trick that I have, iCloud Notes, I write everything in all my devices there and have it connected for easy access. I write my hashtag there, I copy paste important stuff, I save website links, I copy my feedback. I copy my captions, I save photos that I want to use there, this is my happy place.
